Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags attached.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate and correct the issue.

EU 30-Day Cooling-Off Period

We provide a 14-day return period for orders shipped to the European Union. This means that if your order is being shipped to an EU country, you have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it—unused, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, you will automatically be refunded on your original payment method.
